This was a most fantastic project to work on from 2019-21. From the moment the gates swing open you can see the attention to detail that has been used, in the construction and finishing, of this luxury villa. The lighting is controlled by Control4 and has over 300 circuits inside and outside the property.
The interior lighting design is a mixture of specialist lighting from interior designers and top-end lighting manufacturers, like Delta and Lightgrafix. The pools are all illuminated at night by fibre optics that have been installed in their bases. There is audio distribution to 32 zones using Audiocontrol amplifiers and Stealth, Bowers & Wilkins and Architettura Sonora speakers, with video distribution to 16 of them, using Blustream IP video distribution.
The cinema room has been beautifully created and has a top of the range Barco projector, with JBL amplifiers and speakers working with a Trinnov AV processor. We have also installed a full-length bowling alley and golf simulator. HCS worked with the Architects from the beginning of this project to design all aspects of the AV and lighting to deliver this project for the owner.
